Great family hotel for a weekend getaway!
8.0The hotel is very family-friendly and offers outstanding facilities. Although the rooms are a little dated, they are spacious, spotless and very comfortable. It is obvious the hotel has prioritized investing in the shared facilities, which adds much more value to the overall experience. The indoor play area is exceptional and kept our toddler entertained for hours. The gym is modern and very well equipped, the spa is beautiful (with family hours on selected mornings), and the swimming pool with the pool party was a highlight for our child. Breakfast has a wide variety of sweet and savory options, and there is a dedicated children’s section with kid-friendly utensils. We also enjoyed Restaurant Lucia, where the chicken, pizzas and pasta were all very good.
− The rooms could benefit from a renovation to match the excellent standard of the hotel’s common areas. The children’s breakfast corner could also include a few healthier food options alongside the current selection (sugar various alternatives). We did not find the staff specially friendly, only the ones working in the spa, pool party or indoor kids area were extremely nice.

8.0Das Service Personal von Restaurant immer aufmerksam und freundlich!! Bei der Behandlungen war auch gut. Freundlich, gute Beratung und den Ort sauber.
− In der Regeln, alles war gut. Bei unser Abreise, in Rezeption-Empfang, war die Bedingung zu schnell. Da ich nicht meine Abrechnung nicht gut kontrollieren kann. Durch das, die Person, die mich bedient hat, hat sie nicht kontrolliert, dass ich schön die Übernachtungen vor aus bezahlt worden sind. Ich müsste sie aufmerksam machen. Ja ziemlich stressig. Die Dame wollte sicher, die andere Gäste bedienen. Andere Fall : ich habe eine Behandlung reserviert, die ich immer buche. Dieses Mal haben sie das Gerät nicht kontrolliert und das Wasser war sehr sehr kalt. Klar, sie haben sich entschuldigt. Aber es ist trotzdem seltsam.

Great apartment in the mountains
9.0Staff gave continuos cooperation and guidance for the check in and check out locations is great full nature, it was an incredibly stay. Just few minutes walk to centrum. All the appliances works properly, balcony super relaxing, it has indoor pool, restaurant , fully recommended if you want to visit Schluchsee.
Good to know
Guests are kindly asked to dress elegantly for dinner. Men should wear long trousers.
