The beach and the sea are absolutely stunning. The water is crystal clear, and the natural surroundings are beautiful. The resort is well maintained, and most of the staff were polite and helpful. The restaurants offer good food, and the overall atmosphere is peaceful.

− There were several issues that made the stay disappointing, especially considering the price. * The room was very hot, and the air conditioning was not powerful enough for a large second-floor room. * The room telephone did not work during our stay. * Check-in was poorly managed. We received our room well after 3:00 PM and only after repeatedly asking. Many other guests were also waiting several hours for their rooms. * The beach is much farther away than expected. It takes about 5–7 minutes to reach reception and then another 10–12 minutes by electric shuttle. * Beach access becomes inconvenient after 7:30 PM because the shuttle service is limited, leaving guests to walk back. * Finding a taxi after 11:00 PM is extremely difficult, making it almost impossible to visit restaurants outside the resort without a car. * Although the beach is beautiful, the front-row sunbeds require an additional payment, which feels inappropriate for a luxury resort. * There are no showers or toilets directly on the beach. Guests have to walk back to the restaurant area in the heat, which is inconvenient. * There is no beach bar serving cocktails. * Overall, the hotel does not deliver the level of service expected from a Conrad property.

Very upscale Hotel with beautiful views, several pools, musical shows every night and a very good breakfast. There is a shuttle to be beach, you still have to walk a bit to reach the water, coming back is all uphill. Lots of families with young kids.

− This is a huge hotel, if you want to stay close to restaurants, breakfast and the beach, make sure your accommodations are in the main building or you are going to walk uphill or wait for an electric cart to take you to the main building for breakfast or late night drinks and shows. We did not know that when booking but they were very accommodating to give us an upgrade to the main building since my wife had mobility issues due to a broken ankle.

− Wir hatten mehrere Buchungen für Juni 2026 im Conrad Chia Laguna Sardinia (Chia Laguna Resort) über Booking.com. Nach nur einer Nacht haben wir ausgecheckt, da die Leistungen und der Service nicht den Erwartungen an ein 5-Sterne-Hotel entsprachen. Das eigentliche Desaster begann jedoch erst danach: Wir sprachen mit Stefano Floris (Rooms Division Manager), der uns explizit aufforderte, die Rückerstattung über Booking.com zu beantragen und persönlich zusicherte, dass wir die Rückerstattung für die nicht genutzten Nächte erhalten werden. Diese Zusage wurde in Anwesenheit von vier Zeugen gemacht (Sareh Karami, Gerhard Pomberer, Navid Yousefi und Nila Yousefi). Als wir später nachgefasst haben, hat der General Manager die Zusage komplett abgestritten. Trotz der klaren Zeugenaussagen und obwohl wir nur 10 Minuten entfernt waren und eine persönliche Klärung angeboten haben, weigert sich das Hotel, die mündliche Vereinbarung einzuhalten. Das ist kein kleiner Service-Mangel – das ist ein klarer Vertragsbruch und eine dreiste Lüge gegenüber zahlenden Gästen. Ein Conrad/Hilton-Hotel, das vor Zeugen Versprechen macht und diese dann einfach leugnet, hat jegliche Glaubwürdigkeit verloren. Wir müssen jetzt über Chargeback, Verbraucherzentrale und Booking.com um unser Geld kämpfen. Der entstandene Stress, Zeitaufwand und finanzielle Schaden haben unseren Urlaub komplett ruiniert.

La stanza bellissima, una bellissima terrazza panoramica , ma per il caldo non era usufruibile , ottima la colazione ❤️

− Il servizio navetta per il mare un po’ ridotto.. si spera che sia più assistito nel periodo più frequentato ; la stanza non ci è stata consegnata prima delle 15, dovendo restare solo una notte avremmo preferito che ci fosse consegnata prima..

− Nepáčilo sa nám stravovanie nakoľko polpenzia večera bola stále len ten istý jedálny lístok bez zmeny za týždeň pričom hviezdičkový hotel by mohol mať širší sortiment jedálneho lístka a ďalšia poznámka je že na terase pri večeri sa pohybovali každý večer na večeri mačky to by asi v päťhviezdičkovom hotelov nemalo byť
