10.0Il villaggio è un'isola nell'isola, accogliente, confortevole e ben organizzato. Il personale è professionale e disponibile. Marco, proprietario della struttura, è molto gentile, empatico e attento alle esigenze degli ospiti. Esperienza assolutamente positiva e da ripetere!

Willkommen im Survival Camp: Korken-Tuning und Open-Door-Policy inklusive!
1.0Die einzige hilfsbereite und wirklich freundliche Person auf der gesamten Anlage war die Reinigungskraft - ihr gilt unser Dank! Sie war es auch, die uns nach unseren Beschwerden den Zimmerwechsel organisiert hat, nicht das Management.
− Wer echtes Comedy-Gold und das unvergessliche Gefühl eines Survival Camps sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Wir mussten unseren Aufenthalt nach 2 von 5 Nächten vorzeitig abbrechen und können nur gratulieren: Eine solche Ansammlung an Inkompetenz muss man erst einmal hinbekommen! Unsere Erlebnisreise startete im Beobachtungszimmer: Dank geschickt angeordneter Lamellen an der Tür konnte jeder von draußen direkt an unserer Privatsphäre teilhaben. Big Brother lässt grüßen! Wer in Italien kochen will, braucht natürlich ein Nudelsieb. Nicht hier! In einer angeblich voll ausgestatteten Küche im Land der Pasta ein Nudelsieb zu suchen, ist wie die Suche nach dem Heiligen Gral. Salz, Pfeffer oder ein banaler Pfannenwender? Fehlanzeige. Auf mehrfaches Nachfragen bekam man einiges zwar, aber wer will im Urlaub schon als Bittsteller auftreten? Gekocht wurde am Ende ohnehin nicht, denn die Gasflasche war komplett leer. Dafür gab es als Begrüßungsgeschenk das dreckige Geschirr der Vorgänger. Das Reinigungskonzept des Hauses ist revolutionär: Abgereiste Zimmer marinieren tagelang in ihrem eigenen Schmutz. Geputzt wird erst im allerletzten Moment, wenn der nächste ahnungslose Gast quasi schon mit dem Koffer in der Tür steht. Eine echte Grundreinigung ist das nicht. Nach unserer Beschwerde gab es ein kostenloses Upgrade in ein Zimmer mit integriertem Springbrunnen: Die defekte Toilette schoss das Wasser bei jeder Spülung unter Hochdruck über den Rand und flutete das Bad. Der Vermieter behauptete, das Problem sei längst gelöst - was wir per Video widerlegen können. Etwas passierte erst, nachdem wir uns offiziell bei Booking.com beschwert hatten. Die „professionelle Reparatur" war dann ein Fall für MacGyver: Der Handwerker hat ernsthaft zwei Korken mit Silikon in die Toilette geklebt! Als Krönung erlebten wir das hauseigene Sicherheitsprotokoll: Der Handwerker ließ die Tür zu unserem Zimmer mitsamt all unseren Wertsachen 10 bis 20 Minuten sperrangelweit offen stehen.
