10.0The stay was fantastic. The problem was checking in. I had no room despite having paid for the room and received confirmation number. Had to stay in twin beds since there was no more rooms left.

10.0We had a lovely stay here. We arrived very early and they looked after our bags while we went out for brunch and then let us check in 2 hours early when we were back. The staff were all really nice and helpful, the breakfast was excellent, the rooms look like they have been renovated recently, the aircon worked well and the safe was secure and easy to use. Its also in an excellent part of town, right in the middle of a couple of malls and plenty of places to eat. Couldn't ask for more.
