10.0We really enjoyed our two nights stay in this very charming guest house. Our room was clean and our bed was super comfy. The owner was very pleasant and made us feel very welcome in her home.

10.0This is a quaint little place, convenient for a quick no frills overnight stay. The car park had travelling contractors vans in it in the early evening and all gone before breakfast that starts at 8am. Breakfast is prepared to order, cereal and full English that was very nice.

10.0We were visiting family in Lifton ,Launceston and the surrounding area and had not visited this guest house before,but will certainly go back again. The house is spotless and beautifully maintained and breakfast is straight forward and well presented a great way to start the day. The host's are lovely people,what more can I say.

10.0This was one of the best stays I have had anywhere. The service is excellent most of all and everything about the place is all you need.
Beautiful little gem of a place
10.0Stayed for one night while attending a Christmas party at a nearby farm shop. Suzanne was very welcoming when we arrived showing us where everything was. The cottage was beautifully decorated for Christmas. The rooms were clean, warm and welcoming with everything you needed, breakfast was delicious and we would highly recommend this little gem of a place.
