10.0整体环境非常不错，餐食水准之上，服务优良，温泉品质也相当优质。缺点几样：设备有些老化了，比如百叶窗帘，木质的叶片破损了就该更换，音响电视不支持蓝牙就该提供多点选项（比如可在前台设置音影借出区以便客人选看或听），再，一直想不懂为什么客人如果选择在房间用餐还需要另外付服务费，因为Villa住宿不就是应该配管家服务吗？Spa的按摩服务没特色，888一个小时的定价相对性价比过低，不能一味认为自己的人员是巴厘岛人就是巴厘岛Spa。电视频道只有HBO是国外的，其它都是国内卫视，异常无聊。结论：细节没处理好，但总的来说是令人愉悦的住宿经验，希望营运团队能注意细节的铺陈和配置
