Disappointing stay and lack of management
6.0I recently stayed at this hotel, and while I wasn’t expecting luxury, I did at least expect the basics to be as advertised. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. First off, the service was bearable—the waiters and staff did their best, but it was clear that there was no real management overseeing anything. It felt like everything was just left up to them, and they were doing the best they could with little direction. The two restaurants was another letdown. A huge portion of the menu was unavailable, so we were left with very limited choices. If you’re advertising a diverse menu, you should at least be able to serve most of it. Overall, this place feels completely unorganized and mismanaged. The staff are trying, but without leadership, the whole experience falls flat. Wouldn’t recommend unless you’re fine with a place running on autopilot.
