10.0beautifully situated in Santa Elena. Entrance is in a busy area but the property is tucked into a dreamy rainforest with trails and beautiful outdoor features. Simple, elegant, meticulously maintained. Everyone was so gracious and welcoming! We LOVED our stay!

8.0This hotel has a very classy look, beautiful architecture, extremely comfortable bed and sheets. The exterior gardens are walking trails are incredibly beautiful, providing a tranquil setting. However, they had a real problem with bugs. We found numerous cockroaches in our room, had to switch to an upper level room, which had far less bug issues, but they leave the back door to the garden wide open at night so many bugs fly or crawl in and by morning the lobby floor had bugs of all sorts all over it.

6.0Loud dripping noises inside the wall every time the water was turned on. Inexplicable and loud tapping noises outside front door every time we tried to sleep. Screaming children running up and down the hallways and crying babies all hours of the night. Very thin doors…no thought given to soundproofing rooms
