10.0Lovely hotel. I didn't have much interaction with staff but they were friendly and polite when I did. Very spacious, comfortable room which had everything I needed for my short stay. Excellent location within easy walking distance to the city centre.

− I asked for a room with a bath and had confirmation of my request-not provided There was black mould on the grout in the shower (easily fixed with a bleach cleanser) and the shower pipes made a loud noise when the water was running My tv kept freezing, I couldn’t get Netflix (despite advertising that it was available) and when I enquired why was informed my room didn’t have the necessary wifi connection
