− Chegamos de madrugada e não havia ninguém na recepção, ficamos gritando por vários minutos e nada. Tivemos que ir entrando pelas dependências do hotel até achar um funcionário dormindo (que não era o da recepção, que nunca apareceu). Nós o acordamos e ele fez o check-in. Nisso tudo fomos dormir muito tarde, e eu pedi uma extensão do check-out para podermos descansar um pouco, pois fomos somente pra dormir e pegar a estrada depois, e não deixaram. O colchão da cama já estava com aquela deformação que causa um buraco no lugar onde deitamos.

− Recepção e entrada poderia ser mais limpas já é o que chama a atenção logo na entrada. Café da manhã muito ruim. Comida fria, pães secos, não condiz nada com as fotos de propaganda do hotel.

According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs.
All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.
In the case of a minor accompanied by only one of the parents, it is necessary to present a notarized authorization signed by the absent parent, along with a notarized copy of that parent´s ID.
