2.0I had to cancel the reservation due to 5 of the 7 people in my group were ill and we were unable to travel to Benni Mellal and this hotel. Expedia and I tried to no avail to get my refund of 3 rooms but to no avail. This is very disappointing. I cancelled in enough time by still the hotel Ouzoud would not refund my money. Not good business.

High price hotel considering hotel condition
4.0The room smelled of cigarettes and the room was old and looks not 4 star hotel. Breakfast was not buffet and poor for the price.
