Nice place to stay
10.0Room is modern, clean and new. We like to stay in updated rooms and this is perfect. Free parking. A bit away from Bergamo center but if you have a car, it is definitely worth the 25-minute drive. Breakfast is included.

Badly washed sheets and horrible air conditioning
1.0Parking by the room was convenient, but very tight
− It seems that the sheets were washed with an over abundance of cleaning product and not properly rinsed out. Within minutes of being in the bed, all my exposed skin was itchy. The itchiness did not go away until after a shower. Additionally, the air conditioning was dirty and was very loud. I turned it off before going to bed (note: control panel did not have a programming setting, just on/off switch and temp buttons) but it automatically started again around 5am, waking me up. Between the itchiness from the sheets and the air conditioning, I got just a couple of hours of sleep before giving up and getting out of there. I also had a high number of insects in the room. When telling the receptionist about my experience, he did nothing but apologise and offer me a coffee. Not a helpful reaction.
