10.0What a place! Stopped in on a whim, and were thrilled to find ourselves in excellent hands. Great facilities, surprisingly great breakfast, and very comfortable facilities. Great food recommendations from super friendly staff. And all at a VERY reasonable price.

8.0WE SPENT 4 NIGHTS IN THE AREA AND THOUROUGHLY ENJOYED OUR TIME HERE. THE HOTEL IS AN EASY WALK TO THE CITY,CASTLE AND MANY RESTAURANTS. THE WEATHER WASN'T KIND SO WE DID NOT USE THE POOL. THE STAFF ESPECIALLY WALY WERE VERY HELPFUL. A GOOD EXPERIENCE

A perfect place to stay in Carcassonne
10.0Loved this hotel. Really clean and comfortable, and the location is great. Both for the citadel and the restaurants and shops further along Rue Trivalle. The pool and seating area were a welcome place to relax and cool off. The staff were all friendly and welcoming (and spoke good English if, like me, your French isn't the best!) Secure parking an added bonus too.
