Eine unvergessliche London Woche

Das Studio hatte eine absolut tolle Lage. Alles war gut zu erreichen. Die Unterkunft für uns sehr gut und platzmässig nichts zu beanstanden. ( Studio für 3 zu zweit) Über Booking Karten für Madame T. gebucht 👌🏻 Fenster zum Innenhof- somit schön ruhig. Es war alles vorhanden. Kaffee, Tee, tgl Wäschewechsel. Freundliches Personal. Vielen Dank 🇬🇧

Okay, so the Reception guy was helpful and kind.

− Unfortunately there were elements of the room that were not up to standard. Advertising a TV in the room and the TV not working was was not good enough. The mattress was a bit like trying to sleep on a bag of logs. And when the loo was flushed in our room and surrounding upstairs rooms, the plumbing seemed to bang on the outside wall? You could see the room had potential to be nice. It was small but suitable for a over night stop over. I think it needs new mattresses, someone to check the plumbing and staff to properly check the facilities before guests are given the room. The location is brilliant however and with some care and effort, the room could be too.

Great location and staff friendly

− Had a bit of a landlord finsh. Masking tape around the AC, plug sockets next to the bed were loose and didnt work. Mould in the bathroom and a small garden area that you couldnt lock

− The bed was horrendous to say thenleast, i had to start medication for my back.

We liked the location of the property to the tube station

− Well to start the photos of the room were not the same as the actual room. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and neither of us got a decent night’s sleep. The bathroom was very dated the sink had a lots of cracks in. The shelf above the sink was not straight and you couldn’t put anything on it as it would fall straight off. The shower we couldn’t change the temperature it was stuck on extremely hot so if you have kids do not take them here. There were no mirrors in the property which made it extremely difficult for my partner to do her hair. The ac was not working and if it did it sounded like it was going to take off or explode. There was no table to put any of our belongs on.The plug sockets some were working and some weren’t there was one switch which wasn’t doing anything the side lamps were not working or weren’t bight at all. In my eyes and my partners eyes it need a lot of work doing to it even a lick of paint wouldn’t mind I tried to get a full refund but they refused even though I’m not happy at all with my experience. The wifi and single were absolutely shocking me and my partner could not message our family’s and loved ones until we left the premises. The walls were extremely thin and you could here everything from the other rooms My overall experience of this hotel was absolutely shocking and I will not be staying here ever again.
