8.0Great location and lovely in-room amenities! We stayed in a spacious mini studio that had everything we needed, including a well-equipped kitchenette where we could easily cook or prepare our own meals. The room was comfortable, had plenty of space, and was in a great location. The hotel is also near Hyde Park / Kensington Gardens which is great if you want to take a stroll and explore the more quiet area of London.
Overall, a great place to stay.
8.0− My toilet wasn't perfectly clean in the bowl. The door furniture was missing from the bathroom door.

7.0Sehr bequeme Betten, jeden Tag wurde Kaffee nachgefüllt und sogar abgewaschen während wir weg waren
− Waschbecken im bad und wasser in der dusche laufen nicht richtig ab Unterm bett wurde nicht richtig geputzt - neben staub und Haaren konnten wir leider auch ein benutztes taschentuch finden Schrank für mehrtägigen aufenthalt zu klein - nur ein regalboden ganz oben und 5 Kleiderhaken Küche ist cool zu haben, aber gegessen werden kann nur im bett und die tür der küche geht nur 45 grad auf wodurch man während des Kochens eigentlich dauerhaft im bett sein muss als 2. person weil es super beengt ist Es roch immer muffig, feucht im Zimmer obwohl wir regelmäßig gelüftet haben und die lüftung im bad dauerhaft an hatten
