− I checked out on 17 October at around 9–10 am. Unfortunately, the receptionist was not particularly friendly and could have demonstrated better customer service skills. However, the staff member who assisted me during check-in the day before was friendly and welcoming.

10.0My friend and I really enjoyed our stay! What we appreciated most was the excellent location. With three stations nearby, getting around by public transportation was incredibly easy and convenient. There was also a great selection of grocery stores, cafés, and other amenities within walking distance. On top of that, the stay itself was wonderful, and the staff were friendly and welcoming, making the whole experience even better. We would definitely recommend staying here!
− There wasn’t anything we didn’t like about our stay. The only minor downside was that the room wasn’t particularly spacious. However, we were able to store our suitcases under the bed, which made the room feel more comfortable and practical. Given that we were staying in London, the room size was to be expected and didn’t take away from our overall positive experience.
