5.0The room was comfortable and clean. Reliable and silent air conditioner. Spacious washroom with a large shower.
− Front desk staff need some training in customer services. I made reservation for 2 nights with breakfast included, however, I had to pay for the breakfast because the restaurant staff said it was not included. I went to the front desk and showed my booking information to the receptionist, but she said that it was not usually a hotel policy to include breakfast within the reservation. After emailing the manager, I got a refund for the breakfast I paid in the first day. He also provided me a breakfast voucher for the second day, however, I had already made arrangements to have my breakfast in the room. No one in the reception informed about this voucher when I checked in. This misinformation disrupted my stay.

− The coffee maker in the room was broken. The checkout staff was not helpful with a request for transportation and it took 40 minutes to get a taxi.

10.0The staff were outstanding. Front staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Housekeeping was so friendly. Janitorial staff were friendly and happy. The servers and bar tenders for wedding were amazing too.
