5.0− Ho prenotato tramite booking una suite specificando la presenza di un cane. All'arrivo mi hanno dato la camera Alpin perche' la suite aveva la moquet ma non hanno comunicato a booking che se la richiesta del cliente prevede presenza animale, non e' possibile la prenotazione di tale camera.

9.0Ho apprezzato in particolar modo la professionalità e la gentilezza del personale tutto.
− Alcuni suggerimenti, spero utili. 1. I menù della giornata dovrebbero essere esposti già al momento della colazione, 2. Dovrebbero esistere dei menù per bambini 3. Considererei maggiormente menù vegetariani.
