8.0Beautiful hotel. Very serene. Good breakfast but not the best in our trip. Good restaurant but pricey and too gastronomic for our taste. Taxis from the hotel for a 3 mile trip were extortionate and maybe the hotel should arrange a shuttle to give guests a bit more choice.

10.0We really like hotel - the area is beautiful. The products they offered were amazing. There were a few things I thought were not communicated well. One of the major roads to the property was closed which meant we were driving around in circles. An email warning would have been helpful. We informed Google maps but they should have done that. The other issue with the property is the food. We had the very high end dinner one night and then they advised we need to book lunch, we show up and it's the same menu as the night before. And no-one told us that there was a casual menu at the pool that we could have had. And that menu should have been offered in the restaurant. We found that to be a major negative. I wouldn't want the same food as the night before.
Views one of a kind
8.0Beautiful estate with a comfortable price tag attached. Had a wonderful room looking over the wine yards towards the ocean. Pool (not heated) which is great at warmer temperatures. Food was rather average, had it by the pool and in the main restaurant. Service to be improved big time in Food and Beverage outlets. At the pool had to look for a waiter to serve us. Upon asking the gentleman seemed rather annoyed.
