− Room was noisy at times due to be located directed beside external fans . Didn’t sleep very well .

10.0We were able to get in on a lay minute booking. The staff was quick to make sure our room was set up and good to go and made us feel welcome.
− Having to sleep with the windows open due to the lack of air conditioning was only an issue because the hotel is on a busy road with quite a few pubs and our room was above the entrance to the hotel. So we heard all the pub patrons coming and going.

8.0The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable- staff were all lovely - very thoughtful and a pleasure to engage with. We were very well looked after.

9.0The room was very nice, the bathroom was exceptional, especially the huge shower. The room has everything you need and is attractive.
− The blinds in the sitting room could not be raised. They are not that type and they gave to be rolled up and stuck on top of the windows. The motorcycles and street racer boys were extremely noisy at night. That made it hard to sleep. The town should have a noise ordinance after a certain hour.
A lovely hotel. Great staff. I had missed that there is no longer a spa in the hotel.
