10.0It is obvious that the Silverstream Retreat owners and staff take immense pride in their facilities, manaaki tangata (looking after their guests) and their environment. There is only one thing that would make it so much better ... the provision of bottled water so we don't need to fill the jug in the toilet. Please consider. Thank you all.
