10.0The Hotel staff were great for check in. There was a computer Error that I booked a room for 2 but the error was booked under a single room. The staff nicely sorted it out and made a room for myself and my child. Absolutely brilliant. Room was clean and tidy and comfortable. There was a staff member in the bar at 11pm that was so angry with me for no need. I only asked him if he could pour 7up from a big bottle into the wine like the daytime bar staff did. Instead he sold me a small bottle of wine and a small bottle of 7up and said u have to pay for what you get and that’s what you ordered but in an angry tone of voice. It must of bein the late night, Saturday staff
