Perfect for a budget stay on the coast
8.0Very comfy beds, great water pressure in the shower and excellent location. Staff were helpful, and it was overall clean and pleasant.
− Decor is a little outdated.

6.0Sea view. Convenient location for the Pier, buses and bars/restaurants.
− There were no shelves in the bathroom. There were no drawers in the bedroom. Breakfast at £12 was a bit mean, in that you could only choose one option, e.g. either croissants and jam or a cooked breakfast.. Personally, I like a small cooked breakfast (scarmbled eggs and bacon) and a croissant. Or cereal, followed by a small cooked breakfast. In addition, I didn't see any fresh fruit.

Lovely hotel, great location.
9.0The location of course is excellent. Overlooking the beach and round the corner from a lovely pub. The room was very comfortable with sea views on the first floor. The beds were really comfy, got a great nights sleep.
− The breakfast was a bit expensive for what I ate. I think it would be better to have reasonable individual prices for each item on the menu for light eaters, however the selection was really good.
