Great location, great staff and great hotel.
8.0The location was great - right in the middle of all the shops, restaurants and just down the hill to the beach. The shower was the hottest and most powerful that we've experienced in Thailand! The staff were incredibly helpful. They were able to book all tours, scuba and onward travel really efficiently and without over charging. The views from the restaurant overlooking the sea were great, too. The swimming pools were fab and it was great to have a room overlooking the pool so that we could see/talk if someone went back to the room.
− The beds were hard, like most of Thailand, but bearable. The walk to the beach is quite steep and not suitable for young children, elderly or people with physical impairments. The road is also very busy that you have to cross. There were some rude and noisy groups but you get that with big resorts. My son's shoes were also taken from the restaurant (probably by mistake), and the manager offered to buy him some new ones from the mini mart but we said no and not to worry about it.
Not a pleasant stay

− Parties everyday so we could sleep for all the noise and we even had the suite And the property is SO big that me and my friends lived in each end of the resort which was really annoying There was only 1 breakfast for the entire resort which also made it really crowded.
