10.0Wonderful communication as soon as we booked and a warm welcome upon arrival. Claudio explained the grounds to us and even insisted to bring our bags to second level where our room was. room itself had small refrigerator for drinks, effective air conditioning and a welcome bottle of water. there is a cute table and chairs outside to enjoy the wonderful view of etna, pool, etc. every apartment also has a convenient drying rack which is smart. do yourself a favour and eat at the restaurant. authentic italian food with fixed menu. you will be so full. they also substituted the gluten free pasta for my intolerance.too bad it was only one night.. will be back!!

10.0We booked a last minute trip and were treated like royalty. They went out if there way to make sure we were as comfortable as possible. The food was magnificent. The beds are firm, and there is no ac during dinner, but otherwise i would highly recommend. Claudio is fantastic

10.0Bel accueil, hôte Gianni, très gentil, de bon conseil (en anglais ou en italien), tant pour les visites que pour les bons vins de la région de l’Etna; beau buffet petit-dej et excellente table le soir. Endroit bien aménagé, arbres fruitiers, terrasse, piscine. Belle grande chambre confo. Et même une vue sur le sommet de l’Etna!
