6.0Close distance to beach and food places. Staff are friendly and swimming pool is decent for children. Single beds are a little small and there are a few cockroaches and insects in the rooms. Rooms get humid as there is no AC or fan.

8.0Stayed one night as a stop before we travelled to Tiznit. Big Hotel, great location near the beach. Old and a little worn down, could use some touching up. Large apartment and quiet. We had the balcony towards the kids pool and The Royal Tennis Court. A kids pool that our child (5yrs) happily used and a deeper pool that all of us could cool down in. It was a good place to stay for the money we paid.

10.0Stayed here for 4 nights after a 5-day stretch in Marrakech. For what you are paying, you get a lot of value. The hotel is a bit dated, but the room was big (large living room, functional kitchen with a large fridge, bedroom with two twin beds and a large enough bathroom that was clean), there were two pools (one shallow, one deeper), the location was very safe, and there were plenty of food options. If you're looking to save money, but still be close enough to rhe beach, then I definitely recommend staying here.
