10.0Everything was perfect, as my scores show. It's a perfect combination of excellent, friendly and informed staff, outstanding, high quality facilities and perfect location. All this in a small boutique hotel.
A Perfect Hotel Experience
10.0What an amazing hotel! Service was exceptional both at reception and breakfast while the rooms were large, inviting and extremely clean. Harshika, Jash and Mohammed went out of their way to assist me in finding a taxi ride to Regina. Most appreciated. Truly, they were friendly, professional and extremely efficient at their job. Service and food at breakfast were excellent. I apologize for not being able to mention specific names but please understand they were amazing, remembering exactly what I'd ordered the previous day. Like home away from home. A lovely way to commence the day. Thank you. I did visit the hotel bar on three occasions where I was provided with friendly, efficient service. The ambience was most appealing, intimate and relaxing. Truly, the James Hotel is an oasis of perfection for any traveller and in an excellent location.
