6.0Le personnel est au petit soin avec nous. Ils sont vraiment très gentil. Le manager est un professionnel très compétent et a l’écoute. Je lui mets 20/20 car il fait parfaitement son travail et les employés sont bienveillants
− La nourriture est trop grasse…. L’hôtel est vieux…. J’ai eu une entorse pendant mon séjour à la cheville sur le terrain de golf ( un trou de 10cm camouflé par de l’herbe…), un gastro entérite à cause du café et jus d’orange industriel, de la confiture sur dosée en sucre… Même le riz était très gras….. Nous avons été au restaurant thème italien : le saumon était fade, une malheutpme de terre et carotte et un tiramisu ultra gras et crémeux qui avait du être préparé 2 jours avant…. Un carpachio certainement périmé…. Une catastrophe le cuisiné…. Je n’ai jamais vu ça…. Je n’ai eu que des problèmes digestifs….

10.0It’s a great place with great staff! Especially I want to say thank you to Serkan - he was our manager during entire holiday! He was so polite and so helpful every day! And the hotel Kaya Belek is a highly recommended place to stay! Pools, beach shore, great accommodation and great all inclusive meals!! We were very happy and we wish to visit this place again! Thank you guys!!

10.0Dieser Urlaub war ein Geschenk für mein Vater und meiner Mutter. Sie haben es extrem genossen und fanden die Ferien sehr schön. Besonders bedanken möchte ich mich bei Serkan, der sich extrem gut um meine Eltern gekümmert hat. Ein super service, extrem gutes Essen und alles sehr sauber. Vielen Dank Serkan!

Заказал номер на сутки. На слебзиц день пришл сообщение от директора по работе с клиентами Серкана, что он не смог меня
3.0Понравилась спа зона, хорошая массажистка из Бали. Но перед массажем была оговорена стоимость услуги , которая была оплачена. В процессе массажа предложили маску, как оказалось она была платная. Можно было сразу о ней сказать , сразу оплатить . А так сложилось впечатление что просто дополнительные услуги навязывают.
− Пешком от отеля дорога к поселку не выглядит безопасной
