Absolutely peaceful and relaxing.
9.0It was very quiet. And the employees were amazing. The pool and hot tub were fantastic.
− I hate to say what I didn’t like only because it’s temporary. But all the construction you could not get to anything without having to take a golf cart or walking forever. Not many food items. But again that’s because of all the construction. We had to leave for breakfast lunch and dinner each time.

Midway is charming and the homestead is just a little bit of Heaven on earth.
8.0I love the homestead and love the improvements. It’s under construction right now so the noise and unfinished areas did detract from Our experience a little. But knowing the situation we still thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It is going to be amazing when it is finished! The swimming pools and hot tubs are beautiful and so inviting!
− We decided to stay on site and eat. We ate at the grill and was disappointed in a few of our dishes. Wouldn’t recommend the pork belly wraps or the burnt end bowls:(.
Terrible Customer Service
2.0The customer service was awful. The front desk staff was not supportive and would not help us with an issue we had. There was no staff willing to help us at the pool and just poor overall. Very disappointed

8.0This property is being transformed, one building at a time. The finished parts are gorgeous. We enjoyed our room. It was well appointed and comfortable. Lots of space. Enjoyed the pool.
− There is a ton of construction here. We had a hard time trying to find the main desk. It would have been nice for the property to reach out to let us know that so much is going on at the property. Food here is good, but not a lot of people are available to help you. A lot of waiting for service.
Terrible resort. Bad communication. No staff to help.
2.0We received an email the night before we were arriving stating some construction was going on. We called and the man in the phone stated there was none on the actual grounds, just the entrance. As you can see from the photos, that’s a lie. Banging, beeping, loud trucks going all day. Random men walking around yelling. Not exactly tranquil experience. Coffee shop was unable to make coffee because the machine is broke. Electricity to our room went out in the middle of the night. Guys were in the breaker room downstairs and did apologize but said they didn’t know what was wrong. Do you expect WiFi for your stay? DialUp AOL from 1997 was faster. Do you need help with something and normally call the front desk? You’ll have to leave a message because they won’t answer. This place is an absolute joke. Save your time and go somewhere legitimate. Will be sending the photos I’ve taken all day to my credit card and doing a chargeback.
