1.0− אכזבה ענקית ושירות גרוע - לא מומלץ הגענו למלון איילנד בנתניה ביום חמישי האחרון והחוויה הייתה פשוט חסרת אחריות ומאכזבת. כשנכנסנו לחדר גילינו שהדלת שבורה ולא מסוגלת להיסגר מדובר קודם כל במפגע בטיחותי ובחוסר פרטיות מינימלית. פנינו מיד לצוות המלון וביקשנו עזרה, אך לצערי הרב אף אחד לא הגיע לטפל בבעיה**, למרות שהובטח לנו. > בסופו של דבר נאלצנו להילחם עם הדלת ולסגור אותה בכוח בעצמנו. כל האווירה והחופשה שחיכינו לה נהרסו בגלל יחס מזלזל ואפס שירותיות. לפה אנחנו לא נחזור.

− רמת התחזוקה של המלון מאד ירודה. זה רחוק מלהיות סוויטות יוקרה. הריהוט ישן ודיי של הבזול. ארוחת הבוקר סבירה
