6.0− It was dirty and needs a good tidy up as it is a bit run down
Chantilly's is in a perfect location so that you can leave the car behind and enjoy the town.
9.0Great size room and well thought out. Loved how there was a table to eat at, a desk plus couch and coffee table. The kitchenette was amazing so we could self-cater.
− The lady who checked us in had bad eyesight and it took for ages for her to find our booking. In the process she also gave me the names of other guests which would be a breach of privacy. The shower door was ill-fitting so I flooded the bathroom twice. Our room only got serviced the second day because they were busy.

− Poor management, poor communication. We were not able to check in until 4pm. Their excuse was that they have been busy (clearly not enough staff) we had to ask for hand soap none was available. The whole stay felt like we were unwanted and unexpected guests at someone’s house. Worn out facilities

− There was no parking outside of our room. It was either at the far end of the carpark, or on the other side of the carpark.
