Our two-night stay at A for Athens was absolutely wonderful, and what truly sets this hotel apart is the incredible customer service. From the moment we checked in, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay effortless. I had broken a nail at a previous destination, and within minutes of mentioning it, the front desk had called and scheduled me an appointment at an amazing nail salon. It was such a thoughtful gesture that immediately made me feel taken care of. We were also celebrating my friend's birthday, and the team surprised her with wine and balloons waiting in our room. It was such a thoughtful surprise that made her birthday even more special. Since the hotel's rooftop was under construction, they arranged reservations for us at another rooftop restaurant and secured us the best seats with incredible views. They made sure we didn't miss out on experiencing one of Athens' beautiful rooftops. Throughout our stay, we always felt safe, the hotel was spotless, and our room was incredibly spacious and comfortable. Every detail seemed carefully considered. Since we had an early departure before breakfast service began, they prepared breakfast boxes for us to take with us and even arranged our transportation. Everything was completely seamless from check-in to check-out. It's rare to find a hotel where every interaction leaves such a positive impression, but that's exactly what we experienced at A for Athens. Their genuine hospitality made our stay unforgettable. If we ever return to Athens, there is no question—we will absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Charming hotel in the heart of Athens

We had a wonderful stay at this charming hotel, located right in the heart of Athens just a short walk from Monastiraki Square. The location was perfect for exploring the city, with many attractions, restaurants, and transport links nearby. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which was especially appreciated as first-time visitors to Athens. They made us feel at home and were happy to provide help and recommendations. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, with excellent air-conditioning, a real bonus during the warmer weather! Unfortunately, the rooftop bar and restaurant were undergoing renovations during our stay, so we weren’t able to experience them. However, breakfast was available at the 360 Degrees Hotel across the road, which was an easy and convenient alternative. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily return if we come back to Athens.

Breath taking view and amazing staff

The view from our room was picture perfect! Amazing view of the Acropolis and fun to watch the people in Monastiraki Square. When we were there the rooftop bar was closed for repairs so that was sad but they have arrangements with 360 rooftop bar for breakfast. Very centrally located and easy to walk to about any place you would want.
