5.0Once again a Bookings.com customer gets the worst room in the hotel. Room window was next to employee smoking area, back door of the kitchen and above the rat trap! Staff were cold and impolite. Asked for bread and got a golf ball size roll. Asked for water and it never came. Food was good and room was clean.
