We had a wonderful stay! The location is fantastic – very central, with Taksim Square, restaurants, shops and many of Istanbul’s attractions within easy reach. Public transport is another big advantage, with the metrobus station and transport hub just a 2-minute walk away, making it incredibly convenient to explore the city. What really made our stay special, though, was the people. A special thank you to Mert, Salih and Yasin at reception. They were exceptionally welcoming, friendly and helpful. In fact, every staff member we encountered was genuinely positive and always ready to help. We travelled with our one-year-old daughter, and the team went out of their way to accommodate our needs. Although the corridors and common areas are quite narrow, they helped us make moving around with our baby stroller as easy as possible. They also helped us plan our daughter’s first birthday celebration, arrange transportation and organise boat tours. These thoughtful gestures really made us feel welcome. The room was spotlessly clean, and housekeeping did a fantastic job. Breakfast was another pleasant surprise. Despite the relatively small breakfast area, there was a good variety of options, including different hot dishes that changed daily, so it never felt repetitive. Having complimentary coffee available 24/7 in reception was also great, and freshly prepared Turkish coffee was a particularly lovely touch!

− The corridors and some common areas are quite narrow, which can make moving around with a baby stroller a little challenging. However, the staff were always helpful and did their best to make things easier for us. Also, given the hotel’s very central location, some street noise is to be expected, particularly if you leave the windows open. This is a natural trade-off for staying in such a lively and convenient part of Istanbul.

Great location close to transport, lovely clean room, warm welcoming staff. Breakfast was tasty, omelettes made to order and great coffee served by happy staff.

Great location, within walking distance to convenience stores, restaurants, istiklal street and metro. Breakfast was limited variety but good quality and sufficient nontheless. Staff were helpful and friendly. Rooms were modern and clean.

− The particular street the hotel is on can get very busy and noisy especially at night, the breakfast had very limited variety, the rooms did not have great views and were quite small, not a lot of space to keep your bags. However would consider coming back.
