the manager at the office was an amazing person. We got married on the beach an she made our day speacial.

− The maintenance man was drunk and started banging on our door at 12 am when I answered the door. He said this room is suppose to be empty. Very unprofessional

Nothing about this hotel is to be liked the staff is very unfriendly me and unprofessional there are times where there's no one in the office for hours or does not return the phone call from the number that is on the door. It's old it's molded it stinks the walls are brown... The washcloth and towels they gave us have a smell to them... The walkway for the beach is grown up with grass and trees so you have to walk through all that stuff and also the pool was locked up and couldn't use it everything about this hotel was FALSE HOPE AND BOOKING.COM KNOWS BETTER THAN THAT

− We wrote a request for cancellation of my room reservation and a full refund due to serious safety and health concerns that were reported to me by family members who arrived to check in. Upon arriving at the property, they observed individuals outside the hotel smoking marijuana and visibly carrying firearms, which immediately raised concerns about the safety of the environment. After inspecting the room, they also found roaches, mold, and doors that did not lock properly. Based on these conditions, they determined that the room was not safe or suitable for occupancy. We tried to reach out to the hotel. They will answer the phone, not say nothing or don’t answer at all.

We felt uncomfortable and didn’t enjoy our stay at all.

The beach access was nice

− It was extremely dirty. There were chips and hair in my bed when I pulled the sheet down. Not to mention the slug that was in there too. It was small but, a SLUG? In the bed? The shower curtain was covered with mold, the towels were dirty. The covers on my bed had tears in them and had a sticky feel to them. The furniture was so dusty and I couldn’t shut the bathroom door. There was no WiFi. We had to call for someone to even unlock the lobby door. The man couldn’t even unlock the door for us to go through. There was someone smoking weed on the property and cops were also called around 2:30am because of some sort of disturbance involving other occupants. We were uncomfortable and felt unsafe. The pool was so green and dirty looking that we didn’t go in. My 5yr old was very disappointed about that part. He brought his goggles and was excited for a pool because he doesn’t like the saltwater in the ocean. We were so disappointed.

We will not stay at this place anymore

− It was not the cleanest you smell of pot when you walked in the room
