Hotel was tired and needed updating.
4.0− Overall hotel was tired. Towels were very worn and old, pillows were flat and old, furniture in room was worn and banged up, bathroom was not very clean, shower area grout was dirty.

− Not a real issue but the hot tub could have been a little hotter, but that's probably just me. Exit from parking lot really steep. Just a little farther from Shipshewana than we prefer but not terrible.
I think you need to revaluate the management
10.0When I called the property I was sore at by a girl named Rachel.. hung up on 2ice and didn’t seem like the manager really cared.. She also told me I couldn’t get hold of the manager the last few days because he doesn’t show up for work!! Had a lady check me in and was super nice that day..
Still love Middlebury
8.0Room was huge. Good selections for breakfast.
− Had an issue with the bathroom in the pool area. When notified, staff came quickly. Then tried to hand off the task to my sister. My sister refused saying that she doesn't work there. Staff seemed upset with her. Spoke to the day time manager about night staff.
