8.0The Proprietor was very quick to give us a heater as the unit only has a heat pump in one upstairs bedroom. Beds were very clean and comfortable.
− Middle of winter the room is cold, but once we got the heater for night 2 it was very cosy. Showing its age but it's all cosmetic.

6.0Location was good and a good price for 2 rooms with kitchen. It was quiet which is always appreciated.
− Could have been cleaner. Outside of the toilet bowl needs to be cleaned and the shower was dripping. We would have appreciated extra blankets as the bedroom had the only heating.
