10.0Premiere shops across the street in the "Sapporo Factory" (a mall) with restaurants as well. Staff are wonderful and concierge team can arrange restaurants and excursions in and around the city. Rooms are spacious, clean, nice style -- this is a boutique hotel -- individual charm not found in a chain.

10.0Beautiful hotel! The friendliest, most attentive staff we have had this trip (6 hotels so far). Our room on the executive floor was really nice, comfy bed, premium sheets, fantastic breakfast, great afternoon/evening drinks and snacks (pizza was really good). The location is a little bit of a walk from the Sapporo station and where a lot of restaurants are but not too far. Terrific hotel. I loved the hair dryer!
