8.0The hotel is pretty old, which means some things are breaking down or lower in quality. But the staff tries really hard to make up for it with excellent service, frequent cleaning, good prices, and lots of friendliness. Wifi is spotty, not necessarily going to get a good connection. Shower was a bit weak in my room.

6.0The staff were excellent and room cleaned every day,the hotel is a little dated and showing signs and the air con in my room was very noisy,but the location was handy for my trip,also was value for money so I would definitely stay again next time in Cebu.
