2.0They didn’t make it clear that the hotel will charge for water,even i stain something on the bedsheet they charge for the bedshet also. The fridge and kettle are also not working i told them to change but never change it.

6.0The hotel is close to the airport and the staff were fine but seemed very stressed and were not courteous to each other. The area that the hotel is based at is very rough with lots of people asking for money. I struggled to get into a taxi on 2 occasions outside the property. The hotel was extremely noisy throughout the night into the early morning with people running about, pressing door buzzers and shouting. I would risk a longer journey to the airport in return for a nicer area bext time.
