− They didn't check the room washroom. In the shower there was only hot water coming in both tabs, cold and hot side both hot water was coming. Then I complaint to the reception They sent the technician after 15 min. But technician took 45 min and couldn't solve the problem. Then i asked them to change my room. At first they refused. I said I paid full money thats why you dont want to change my room..then I was keep asking to change my room I was tired. And I said I will call someone. Then in the end they change my room..i was very tired to sleep but this hotel make me more tired. In the next room there was my office staff. They told me they faced same issue.. This hotel should check rooms proper.. also this hotel facilities not like 4 star I dont know on which bases they mentioned its 4 star. This was 2 star hotel. But they distracting on booking.com what room photos displayed it was not given. The breakfast also not good level.

10.0L'accueil, l'intérêt porté à ma personne par le personnel, le buffet du petit déjeuner, les repas, les ascenseurs efficaces, la propreté, le calme, chambre large, lit large, beaucoup d'espace pour circuler dans l'hôtel, la situation géographique, la sécurité tout autour. Tout est à mon goût.
− Il n'y a que le rangement pour les vêtements qui est un peu trop juste.
