− Comida péssima Funcionaria da recepção mal prepadada. Pedi para trocar de quarto porque prefiro andar alto e ele disse que não poderia porque já tinha quarto designado para mim. Hotel estava vazio. Não existe isso. Ainda me cobrou valor errado e teve que estornar e fazer novamente. Péssimo atendimento Ar condicionado do quarto não era controlado no local. Muito frio sem ter o que fazer. A opção dada pela recepção foi oferecer um cobertor extra.

− Sempre hospedei neste hotel, mas não vou hospedar mais, reformaram os apartamentos, mas não deixaram local para colocar 2 malas e Tb mais apoio para o quarto, colocar bolsas... ficou podre de apoio. O banheiro continua o mesmo... com revestimento antigo. O atendimento da garagem um pouco desorganizado.. sempre queriam cobrar a diária que foi paga no primeiro dia.
Well located, but uncomfortable.
6.0Location was great, next to many restaurants and Av. Paulista. The room had a good size, and amenities were nice.
− Bed was really uncomfortable, noises from other rooms can be heard inside my room. I was next to the elevator, and the elevator sounds perturbed my sleep. The bathroom was really small, compared to the rest of the room. Room was super cold.
