9.0Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel et nous le recommandons sans hésitation. L'ambiance est très agréable et tout le personnel est d'une grande gentillesse, toujours souriant, disponible et attentif. Un grand merci à notre homme de ménage, Islam, qui s'est occupé de notre chambre avec beaucoup de soin. Merci également à Youssef ainsi qu'à tous les serveurs, dont je n'ai malheureusement pas retenu les prénoms, pour leur accueil chaleureux et leur professionnalisme. Je tiens aussi à remercier Abanoub et Ahmed Toufik à la réception pour leur disponibilité et leur efficacité. Quelques petits points pourraient encore être améliorés : Le nettoyage autour du bar de la piscine principale pourrait être plus régulier. Il serait appréciable de proposer un espace café l'après-midi jusqu'à 17h30. En période estivale, une fermeture de la piscine à 19h au lieu de 18h permettrait de profiter davantage des installations. Mis à part ces quelques suggestions, tout était très bien. C'est un très bon hôtel où nous avons passé de très belles vacances. Nous pourrions y revenir avec grand plaisir. Un immense merci à tout le personnel pour son accueil et sa gentillesse !
