7.0Absolutely everything, it feels like a home away from home.
− The kitchen utensils were lacking. A lovely kitchen to cook in but some equipment needed to be replaced. Eg can opener and it was missing regular sized spoons. It could also do with a larger pot for bigger groups. Besides that every thing else was excellent!

8.0Beautiful grounds that are manicured daily. The view from Villa 14 was picturesque, like a Hallmark postcard! The privacy and the personal pool is major bonus. It’s best to have a car or a driver, it’s not really a walkable area. My only slight disappointment is the Villa. Although, nicely furnished it’s somewhat dated and worn. There were a few maintenance issues that shouldn’t happen at a Resort of this stature. The first was the master bedroom shower head needed to be replaced and wasn’t working correctly. It eventually broke. There’s no way housekeeping or maintenance didn’t know about this problem because the showerhead in the second bedroom was new and recently fixed. On our second day there the Villa ran out of water. My wife and I went to the front office to alert them. We were told that they knew about it and were working on it. When I talked to the maintenance man, he said he had to fill the tank back up with water. Once again, a resort of the stature cannot have guest running out of water at the Villa. The staff was very friendly but I expected and wanted more…
