9.0Found it a very tastefully done up place, good size room with all I needed including a mini fridge. The small jar of ground coffee and mini French press alongside the kettle in the room were very welcomed. There's a comfy lounge room full of plants on the ground floor where one might be so lucky as to meet the friendly and very well behaved family dog. Owners Terry and Katherine are very accommodating and happy to help. Property is very conveniently located, with the train station for the city center just few minutes walk from the property and buses for the airport nearby. Cannot comment on the breakfast as I opted out of it, by the spread seemed very decent
