10.0parked car 11am on looking at mobile phone had txt saying room ready for early check in, should have been 2pm. welcomed on path to front door' only used tas base to wash and sleep. guest house was spotless

6.0Hotel was clean & tidy. Host was pheasant. Room was cleean on arrival. Never once was the room claned the whole time of my stay. Very disappointed after a great start.
