Great stopover city based B&B
10.0Traditional Bed & Breakfast - we had a comfortable twin room with shared bathroom which was ideal for a quick stopover and convenient for exploring the Hoe, waterside and Barbican areas. Breakfast was plentiful and included in our rate which was excellent value all around. Wendy is a lovely hostess and many thanks to her for sharing her home with us.

8.0Pros: - The host is very lovely, attentive and makes you feel at home, - nice home cooked breakfast with classic english, vegetarian, continental options, - located close to main Plymouth attractions, - room is good size and well equipped with functional furniture (hangers chairs, bed side lights) and consumables (tea station, bathroom consumables, even cotton buds) - clean. Cons: - the property walls, ceiling, furniture, soft furnishings, bathroom white goods are clean but dated (cca 90s), and some squick, - the mattress was extremely soft for our backs (might be a positive for some) - we could not find room temperature controlls. Overall - good value for money and would recommended 👌
