An easy stop off close to Le Shuttle.
10.0We stayed in The Golden Room which was super comfortable and very well equipped. Dinner was lovely and we were well looked after by the friendly staff. Breakfast was freshly prepared to order and was very good.

− Vorsicht bei der Zahlung. Das Ship Inn verweigert die Zahlung über das Booking com System. Es ist nur eine Zahlung über das hauseigene Zahlungssystem möglich. Hierbei können Zusatzkosten berechnet werden, in unserem Fall in Höhe von ca. 37.00 € . Der Hinweis darauf kann sehr schnell übersehen werden!! Das Essen war ok, der Pub ist gemütlich. Die Matratzen sind durchgelegen.
Originelle Familiensuite
9.0Wir hatten die Familiensuite mit 2 Schlafzimmern, 1 Bad und einem kleinen Vorraum. Nur 2/4 konnten bei 1,80 m Höhe stehen, das wäre bei einem längeren Aufenthalt schwierig geworden, aber für eine Nacht fanden wir es witzig in so einem alten Gebäude mit schiefem Dach und Boden zu übernachten. Gibt einen Eindruck von früheren Zeiten des Inn. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet, das Personal freundlich.

− Bit overpriced for the area I would think. And its good to know that u shouldnt be taller then 1.75m for the familyroom (because of the low ceiling) Also shower is in the bath, which was for my mum a bit difficult to get in and out.

10.0Liebevoll gestaltet,authentisch und gemütlich. Alles top sauber. Lage sehr gut zum Strand. Personal sehr freundlich und aufmerksam . Frühstück sehr gut. Das erste Mal nach vielen Reisen auf die Insel die Wurst beim Full English Breakfast nicht nur essbar sondern auch lecker war. Abendessen (Beefburger,Sirloinsteak,Prawncocktail, Cheeseplate und Dessert)sehr lecker.
− Die Matratze war etwas unkomfortabel für zwei Erwachsene.Geteilte Matratzen wären sicherlich besser gewesen. Aber,das ist Jammern auf hohem Niveau. 😉
