2.0عدم احترام اول ما وصلت و صعب التواصل معهم قبل الوصول للفندق و لا يوجد تنظيف الغرفة يوميا فقط اذا انت قلت و السرير قاسي جدا كانك تنام على الارض و قلت ذالك لهم و لم يهتمو انا بالنسبة لي انه اسوء فندق رايته
