2.0La estancia fue terrible, primero reservamos en el hotel y no encontrabamos la dirección, al llegar pagamos un adicional para que nos hicieran upgrade en el hotel y a las 2.30 de la madrugada una persona ongreso a nuestra habitación mientras dormíamos porque los de recepción no se percataron que le asignaron una habitación ocupada a un huesped. La situación fue traumática del susto, de inmediato llame a recepción a reclamar y al hacer el check out les reclame y la respuesta fue un "lo siento" si por mi hubiera sido no hubiera pagado nada del pésimo servicio,

10.0Mon séjour à VilaReal, c’est très bien passé car nous avons passé une nuit confortable et dans le calme. Le petit-déjeuner à volonté était frais et bon.
